What we do
Rooted Girls Group
We deliver group sessions and mentoring that focus on confidence, identity and personal development in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
Monday Mums
A weekly support group for young mums, providing a space to connect, reflect and explore pathways into education, training or employment at their own pace.
Workshops & Pathways
We work with schools, alternative provision and community organisations to deliver workshops and connect individuals to opportunities within the community.
Who we support
Wright Reach supports young people and young parents aged 11–25, particularly those facing barriers to education, navigating life transitions or experiencing social and personal challenges. We help build confidence, find direction and create opportunities to move forward.
Our Approach
We create spaces where people feel safe enough to show up as they are and supported enough to grow.
Rooted in lived experience and trauma-informed practice, our approach is built on trust, understanding and meeting people where they are, at a pace that works for them.
